Hi! I’m Kelley. I’ve worked for a decade in the Recruiting and HR space, most recently in tech. The joy I found in coaching educators, friends, and coworkers inspired me to continue my education, earning a Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute and get certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching certification.

Before transitioning into the tech industry I worked in non-profits and K-12 public schools in New York and the Bay Area as a classroom teacher, leadership development facilitator, and program manager.

I have a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics.
